On Tuesday, May 14th Ming Tsai’s flagship restaurant plays host to the wines of Pahlmeyer. These sustainable, California Chardonnays, Pinot Noir, Merlot and a house red will serve as the night’s inspiration as chef Jonathan Taylor and pastry chef Michele Fadden collaborate on a six course tasting menu.
