Vodka & Oysters Together Again at Turner Fisheries

On the third Thursday of the month, oyster lovers and vodka connoisseurs should find their ways to Copley Square for a pairing of the two at Turner Fisheries. From 4:00-7:00pm on Thursday, October 21st, chefs Chris Masco and Armand Toutaint will be prepping and plating sautéed oysters with a smoked tomato vodka sauce; poached oysters in a lobster consommé; and grilled oysters with a Riesling cream sauce. The evening’s featured cocktail is Turner’s Pickled Red Gibson (Crop vodka, house pickled red onions and pickled onion juice).
