Summer may be the best time to visit Maine, but with the sun sticking around longer and the air getting (a little) warmer, the team at Island Creek Oyster Bar Burlington couldn’t wait. On Monday, March 25th, Chef Jeremy Sewall (a Mainer himself) and the team are throwing a summer-style shindig featuring the very best that Vacationland has to offer. They’ve invited their friends at Maine Beer Company to pour three of their favorite beers—Dinner, Spring, and Zoe—which will pair perfectly with some Maine oysters and traditional lobster rolls. Come learn to shuck an oyster, pick the brewers’ brains, and spend an evening pretending the weather’s better.
