Try Top Desserts from Top Pastry Chefs

Save room – a lot of room – for dessert on Thursday, May 24th when chefs and pastry chefs from all over town strut their stuff at Top Desserts. The sweet tasting event, which starts at 7:00pm at the Mandarin Oriental, features desserts from the late spring menus of Tiffani Faison at Sweet Cheeks, Shane Gray of Mistral, Maura Kilpatrick of Oleana and Sofra, Jiho Kim of L’Espalier, Katie Kimble of Area Four, David Nevins of Nix’s Mate, Charlene Smith of Sorellina, Olivier Maillard of Deuxave, Lauren Kroesser of Eastern Standard, The Hawthorne and Island Creek Oyster Bar, and Jessica Pelletier of Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Russell House and Park. Tickets for the evening of confectionary fun are $55 each or $70 for guests who want the VIP treatment (early admission, some savory snacks and a swanky gift bag). A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Greater Boston Food Bank. We’ve got a handful of discounted tickets available if you’re ready to commit, otherwise reserve tickets online at your leisure and don’t just eat dessert first – make it the main event.
