Truffle Extravaganza at T.W. Food

Black truffles are one of the most treasured delicacies in the culinary world and you can have your fill at T.W. Food’s upcoming dinner. On Thursday, January 23rd, chef Tim Weichmann will be presenting a prix fixe featuring the foraged treat in six courses including risotto with black truffle, saffron and roasted pork belly, and a chocolate ice cream truffle with a cointreau meringue and chocolate-stout sauce. The decadent meal, designed to dazzle and delight each and every truffle-loving palate, is priced at $150 per person with an optional wine pairing for another $55.
