On Thursday, January 23rd, chef Tim Weichmann will be presenting a prix fixe featuring the foraged treat in six courses including risotto with black truffle, saffron and roasted pork belly, and a chocolate ice cream truffle with a cointreau meringue and chocolate-stout sauce. The decadent meal, designed to dazzle and delight each and every truffle-loving palate, is priced at $150 per person with an optional wine pairing for another $55.
