Tosca’s Fall Tasting to Benefit the JDRF

On Sunday, October 1st, chef Kevin Long shows off some seasonal additions to Tosca’s fall menu at an interactive food and wine tasting that doubles as a benefit for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. From 4:00-6:00pm, Long and company will be serving up morsels like fried green tomatoes with celery root remoulade; gorgonzola tartlets with savory fig jam, long pepper from India; chicken skewers brown sugar brine, cinnamon smoke; and salmon torta with scallion, mascarpone, and crespelles.
