Angel’s Envy alights at The Merchant on Monday, September 28th for The Toast to the Trees dinner to raise awareness of the company’s Plant a Tree campaign. The team at The Merchant marries food and whiskey with a four-course menu from chef Matthew Foley, and drinks from bar manager Ray Guerin who’ll will be doling out tastes of AE whiskey all night.  Tickets are $70, available here, and include valet, dinner and access to the after party.
