Think fireworks are only for the Fourth? Labor Day gets some pyrotechnic lovin’ too on Thursday, August 30th, thanks to the folks at Boston Harbor Now, and Pier 6 is the perfect place from which to watch the sky light up. The Charlestown staple is hosting Tito’s Vodka (and their 36 foot RV) from 4:00 through 10:00pm, for an afternoon and evening of specialty sips. There’ll be live music from local cover band Garrett Jones and The Recipe plus games & giveaways. Everything will take place on the pier behind the restaurant, giving you the best view of the fireworks show at 8:30pm. Normal dinner service will be happening, so grab some seafood inside before making your way out to the party. Tickets are free, but snag yours online to claim your spot since there’s limited availability — and it’s 21+, sorry kids!
