The Return of Radius Cooking Classes

Step up your game in the kitchen with a little help from the pros at Radius – chef-owner Michael Schlow is bringing back his popular Saturday afternoon cooking classes at Radius. Sign up for any of the upcoming classes to get the Radius rundown on hosting the ultimate cocktail party or a bruschetta shin dig. Classes, which run from 11:00am until 2:30pm on select Saturdays, cost $125 per person (generally speaking, though there is the occasional exception). Saturday, October 4thUltimate Bruschetta Party
Schlow and company will start with bruschetta basics and move on to more advanced bruschetta-making. Use your newly acquired knowledge as an inventive twist on your standard dinner party or as just-whipped-up weeknight dinner.

Saturday, October 18thUltimate Cocktail Party
Move beyond boring basics with a recipe for the perfect Radius-style cocktail party. Impress your guests with an array of tasty hors d’oeuvres and classic cocktails.

Saturday, November 8thA Presidential Dinner
The election will be over and done with but you can show your patriotism with a menu fresh from the Commander in Chief’s home state. Whether it’s Arizona or Illinois it’ll be delicious.

Saturday, December 6thRadius’ Greatest Hits
In honor of Radius’ tenth anniversary, Schlow will be walking guests down a culinary memory lane with a greatest hits menu of the most popular, most requested dishes. This class, which may feature some special celebratory wine selections, costs $150 per person.
