The Legacy Menu at Seasons at the Millenium Bostonian

Seasons at the Millennium Bostonian Hotel, scheduled to close early next year as part of a massive renovation, has been home to some of Boston’s top culinary talent – Lydia Shire, Jasper White and Jody Adams, just for starters. On Friday, October 27th, to pay homage to the restaurant’s culinary history, current executive chef Brian Poe rolled out the Legacy Menu, featuring dishes created in the Seasons kitchen by top Boston-based chefs. Look for dishes from Lydia Shire of Locke Ober, Jasper White of the Summer Shack, Jody Adamd of Rialto, Peter McCarthy of EVOO, William Poirier of Sonsie, Gordon Hamersley of Hamersley’s Bistro, Susan Regis of Pava, Tony Ambrose most recently of Blackfin and pastry chef Killian Wiegand also of Locke-Ober.
