Mark your calendar for Tuesday, June 8th when the Taste of Somerville returns to the Somerville Holiday Inn for an evening of fun and food. Over thirty restaurants, wine purveyors and bakeries from this side of the river will be in fine form, serving up a plethora of tasty treats from 5:30 to 8:30pm – keep an eye out for the Burren, Eat at Jumbo’s, Gargoyles on the Square, Highland Kitchen, Redbones and Petsi Pies. Tickets to this affair, which can be purchased online, cost $25 in advance and $30 at the door, with proceeds going to benefit Door2Door, a transportation service aimed to serve area senior citizens and those with disabilities.
