Eat with the penguins and dance with the fishes on Friday, May 5th when the Taste of the North End returns to the New England Aquarium for their thirteenth annual celebration. From 7:30-11:30pm more than thirty of the most notable North End restaurants will be preparing plates of their signature fare – keep an eye out for favorites like Antico Forno, Bricco, Carmen’s, Fiore, The Living Room, Napoli Desserts, Neptune Oyster, North Street Grille, Sage, Taranta, Terramia and Tresca. Double Vision will be providing the evening’s musical entertainment and the folks at Ruby Wines, M.S. Walker, Martignetti’s and Horizon Beverages (among others) will keep the drinks flowing. Tickets cost $95 each. Proceeds benefit Casa Monte Cassino, an organization that provides free hospitality to families who’ve come to Boston for treatment of serious medical conditions.
