Sweet Send-Off For Clio Pastry Chef

After four years in the award-winning kitchen at Clio, pastry chef Renae Herzog is moving on and like any good pastry chef, she wants to leave one final, delicious, lasting impression. That explains the five-course dessert tasting she’s scheduled for Sunday, January 30th. The retrospective menu features some highlights from Herzog’s tenure including dishes like miso dark chocolate cremeux with banana ice cream, golden miso and cashew butter; and frozen capsule of liberty apple with vanilla ice cream, caramel, maple and sparkling apple.
