Step up your Fourth of July bartending skills with a pre-holiday cocktail class at The Lexington on Wednesday, June 28th. Rebekah Barr from &Cheers is stopping by Chef Will Gilson’s Cambridge Crossing cornerstone to show you the ropes for making two full-size red, white & blue summer cocktails, plus you’ll get to taste a sampling of three specialty rums. There’ll be plenty of time to ask questions and get pointers, and you’ll get to munch on an array of small plates including: crudite, pita and dips, sliders and parmesan french fries (there are vegetarian options by request). The first session kicks off at 6:00 pm (tickets here), and the second session starts at 8:00pm (tickets here). Tickets for the time slot of your choice are $75 each and include your two cocktails, rum tasting and the food.
