Each week, suds lovers will gather in the bar while guru Kevin Mitchell talks about the evening’s highlighted brews. The featured beverages, which will be paired with a four-course menu from chef Franco Carubia, will generally have a theme, whether it’s based on the brewer, a region or the time of year.
