The ladies of UpStairs on the Square have a few tricks (and more than a few treats) up their sleeve for Halloween. They’re giving their fabulous afternoon tea a holiday-appropriate overhaul, adding all sorts of ghoulish twists (including goodies like marshmallow ghosts and black cat cookies) to the midday festivities. Bundle the kiddies into their costumes and book a table for the Spook-tacular Tea between 1:00 and 3:30pm on Saturday, October 27th or Sunday, October 28th.
