Seafood & Red Wines Combined at Great Bay

Shake your preconceived pairing notions at Great Bay on Wednesday, October 24th when the folks from Boston Uncorked explore the complementary properties of seafood and red wine. The intimate dinner starts with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm followed a three-course, sit-down dinner from chef de cuisine Adam Fuller. Courses like tuna sashimi with pomegranates, marinated beets, crisp lotus root and orange; and pecan honey shallot butter crusted halibut with Georgia candy roaster squash puree, filled fennel, red Russian kale, will be paired with Brand Ambassador Lisa Carley’s selections of harmonious Rioja wines.
