Revel in Ravioli at Buttercup

Cookbooks are great, but there’s nothing like a hands-on tutorial from a real live chef to up your game in the kitchen. On Saturday, March 14th, grab an apron off the rack and join Buttercup‘s Chef Dora Tavel Sanchez in the kitchen to learn how to make Buttercup’s ravioli, from preparing the dough to filling the scrumptious little squares. There will be passed appetizers and sparkling wine to help keep you focused while you learn, and all the proceeds from your $125 ticket go to support the Chef’s Boston Marathon fundraiser for the nonprofit Cradles to Crayons.
