RAFT Dinners Head to the Seaport

On Wednesday, September 15th Slow Food Boston brings its RAFT dinner series to 606 Congress. An off-shoot of the collaboration between Slow Food and Chefs Collaborative, the Renewing America’s Food Traditions program enlists the help of local farmers in growing almost long-gone varieties of produce. Chef Gregory Griffie will take these veggies from the brink and use them to concoct a delicious multi course vegetarian meal. The fun, which costs $50 per person, starts at 6:00pm – visit the Slow Food Boston site for tickets.
