Pigalle Rings in the Year of the Dragon

Though he’s known best for his award-winning French fare, chef Marc Orfaly is a huge fan of Chinese food (he was the opening chef at Peking Tom’s, if you’ll recall). Thus, on Sunday, January 29th, he’ll be putting together a tasting menu in tribute to the newly-dawned year of the dragon. The multi-course menu – three with treats – is priced at $45 per person and available throughout the evening.
