Old Meets New at Blue Ginger

On Tuesday, June 18th Ming Tsai’s Wellesley flagship, Blue Ginger, welcomes the Napa Valley wines of Pine Ridge Vineyards. The menu of lobster, salmon, duck and prime beef roast wraps up with a lovely dessert and serve as the perfect pairings to the night’s viognier, chardonnay, pinot noir and merlot.
