The Next Vintage Wine Dinner at Rialto

Calling on the collective knowledge of some of the city’s up and coming sommeliers, chef Jody Adams and Wine Director Kelly Coggins host The Next Vintage, a fall wine dinner at Rialto. Among the experts joining Coggins for the evening – Daniel Motsinger from Radius, Thomas Tietjen of Estragon, Julie Cappellano of South End Formaggio and Theresa Paopao of Oleana. Each will be pairing a wine with one of the five courses on the menu. See what they put with courses like warm porcini salad with marsala vinaigrette and crisp pork belly; or venison osso bucco with gorgonzola and chestnuts.
