Marliave’s Maker’s Mark Dinner

On Thursday, March 12th, Bostonians can get cozy with their favorite bourbon at a Maker’s Mark Dinner at Downtown’s historic Marliave. Chef-owner Scott Herritt hosts a dinner featuring an assortment of bourbon-based libations paired with four complementary courses. For example, Herritt pairs up a Maker’s Mark basil julep and goat cheese ravioli with applewood smoked Vermont bacon, wild mushrooms and roasted tomatoes, and a Maker’s Mark Manhattan gets matched with Wolfe’s Neck Farms beef tenderloin with black pepper crust, cheesy potatoes, asparagus and sauce au poivre.
