Bistro du Midi raises a robust glass of red (or seven) at their upcoming Barolo dinner. Chef Josue Louis has put together a five-course prix fixe for diners on Monday, November 28th, featuring plates like oxtail tortellini, roasted pork shoulder and more. The menu, below, comes paired with seven pours from the Marchesi di Barolo wine estate, curated by head sommelier Todd Lipman and showcasing the renowned French style.
