Locavorism in Lincoln

Nose-to-tail gets a super-sized twist at Aka Bistro this weekend. Chefs Chris Chung and Damian Brockway, not content to work with a whole pig or lamb, have purchased their very own grass-fed cow from Basset Farm and on Sunday, January 22nd they’ll be transforming it into a tasty five-course menu.
