Lionello Marchesi Wine Dinner at Tosca

Ease your end-of-the-summer blues with a Tuscan wine dinner at Hingham’s beloved Tosca on Wednesday, September 20th. Chef Kevin Long welcomes winemaker and proprietor Lionello Marchesi for five exceptional courses designed to be paired with wines from Marchesi’s three wineries including Castello di Monastero. The evening’s menu boasts courses like wood oven roasted tomatoes with honey bread crust; fresh noodles with mascarpone-enriched mushroom broth and foraged mushrooms; potato gnocchi stuffed with prunes and crushed walnuts; and venison loin with cauliflower puree, golden raisin gremolata, crisp early fall potatoes and brunello jus.
