Learn the Basics of Ceviche at Great Bay

Now that things have quieted down a little in Kenmore Square, chef Adam Fuller gets Great Bay’s Saturday morning cooking classes up and running. Sign on for the first one – coming up on Saturday, November 3rd – and you’ll learn the secrets behind ceviche. Fuller will shed a little light on the South American specialty – from what kind of fish you should use to which veggies will best accompany your creations. Class runs from 11:00am until 2:00pm and costs $125 per person, which covers lunch (featuring the session’s highlighted food) paired with wines. Reservations are recommended.
