Secrets of Sashimi with Chef Chris Chung

On Wednesday, October 26th, chef Chris Chung welcomes curious epicureans to join him in the kitchen at Aka Bistro for a sashimi-making class. Sign up for this evening session (from 6:00-9:00ish) and you’ll learn how to make Hawaiian poke with raw tuna, tempura batter and vegetable tempura, and a miso aioli.
