Learn the Ins and Outs of Soup at Sel de la Terre

Get all sorts of pointers from the pros at Sel de la Terre Long Wharf on Saturday, May 15th. Chef de cuisine Benjamin Knack, who you’ll soon be seeing on Hell’s Kitchen, will be hosting an interactive cooking class – followed by a three-course brunch, which will probably incorporate some of the dishes prepared in class. This time around they’re focusing on summer soups so grab a spoon and sign on up. Class costs $48 per person (including brunch).
