Whether you’re Greek by blood or just a little Greek at heart, you won’t want to miss Trade’s annual Tsiknopempti Dinner and Celebration. On Thursday, February 16th, chef Jody Adams and her talented team will be putting on an impressive four-course feast, starting with Greek wines and light bites from 5:30 to 6:30pm, followed by a family-style dinner (with more wines) in honor of the Thursday of Kreatiní (aka Κρεατινή, aka ‘Meat Week’), which is the second week of Greek Carnival season and always falls eleven days before the start of Greek Orthodox Lent. Tickets, available online here, cost $200 each and include all your food and wine pairings. Space is pretty limited and there will not be any tickets sold at the door, so don’t wait to book a spot.
