The ocean can be a terrifying place, big and dark and full of scary creatures. From Sunday, October 29th until Tuesday, October 31st, B&G Oysters in the South End is cooking up a menu celebrating the seven seas’ craziest-looking creatures in the spirit of Halloween. Chef Jon Awerman is hosting this Frightful Fish Feast, highlighting lesser-known, under-appreciated, and downright weird looking ocean critters. So reserve a table with friends or belly up to the crudo counter—if you dare. The menu is $55 per guest and will be served in addition to B&G’s regular dinner offerings, just in case you need a gorgeous lobster roll when you’re finished.
