French Grapes Meet Italian Vineyards at Clio

The folks from Clio are doing a little creative cultural blending when it comes to wine – on Tuesday, June 28th, Ken Oringer‘s flagship homage to the finest of dining, will host a special wine dinner highlighting French varietals in Italy. Partnering with EnoMass, the dinner will feature six different Frenchified wines created by Italian producers from Piedmont, Tuscany and Friuli. To pair with the bi-cultural beverages, the kitchen will send out an equally inclusive six-course meal of summery dishes. To reserve a seat for the dinner, which begins at 7:00pm and costs $150 per person, call the Eliot Hotel restaurant at 617.536.7200 or email Ian Louisignau at louisignau@cliorestaurant.com. Either way, reserve soon, as the table will only seat 25.
