Follow the folks from Follow the Honey (Harvard Square’s sweet little honey boutique) to UpStairs on the Square for a honey and honey spirit-themed dinner in the Soiree Room. Caneen Canning of Follow the Honey has consulted with kitchen queen bee Susan Regis and bar manager Augusto Lino to create a four-course menu, complete with pairings. The Thursday, October 11th dinner, which gets underway at 6:30pm and costs $75 per person ($48 without pairings), also features Todd Hardie from Caledonia Spirits. Hardie will be on hand to share stories from fifty (almost) years of beekeeping, as well as some freshly harvested honey and a few of his spirits.
