Nothing says Father’s Day like a family barbeque, and this year CLINK. at the Liberty Hotel will be taking care of all the grilling at their annual Father’s Day Artisan Pig Roast in the Liberty Yard. Executive chef Daniel Kenney and team are preparing quite the spread with a whole-roasted suckling pig, slow-cooked St. Louis ribs, spicy Creole shrimp, cheddar grits and lots of sides, including sweet corn, baked beans and pulled pork mac n cheese. If dad’s got a sweet tooth, don’t worry, the dessert spread will not disappoint with banana splits and cheesecake mason jars. A children’s menu will also be available with favs like chicken fingers, hotdogs and watermelon. Food will be served from 3:00-5:00pm so you can spend the afternoon outside — there’ll be plenty of yard games, craft cocktails, beer, wine and music with a live reggae band starting at 5:30pm. Be sure to grab tickets ASAP, $85 per adult and $28 per child 12 and under.
