On Tuesday, December 19th, take local to a new level with a four-course beer dinner featuring Plan Bee Farm Brewery, hosted by Ledger in Salem. Plan Bee is a brewery on a mission to redefine what it means to make a “local” craft beer, sourcing every ingredient in their brews from their home state of New York, and most of it — including hops, grain, and yeast — right from their farm. The dinner, from 7:00 to 10:00pm, will pair four seasonal courses from Chefs Matt O’Neil and Daniel Gursha with five Plan Bee beers (plus a little swag to take home).
