Fall Cooking Class at Tosca

Tosca’s Kevin Long teams up with chef Tony Rinelli of sister restaurant Caffe Tosca on Monday, October 23rd for Simple & Elegant Restaurant Dishes, a fall cooking class at Tosca. Long and Rinelli will walk participants through nine restaurant-style recipes from their collective repertoire including tuna carpaccio, non-traditional clam chowder and one pan apple crepes. The class gets underway at 7:30pm and costs $100 per person. Space is limited to 30 people and Tosca’s cooking classes consistently sell out, so call 781.740.0080 to save your spot.
