In honor of its first anniversary and chef-owner Matthew Gaudet’s nod from Food & Wine, West Bridge will be launching a fancy Chef’s Table menu come July. Offered every Wednesday night, the eight-course extravaganza will be available for up to ten guests for $110 per person (or $165 with wine and/or cocktail pairings courtesy of managers Patrick Kelley and Josh Taylor). Diners can expect of mix of some greatest hits from the past year as well as a few whimsical dishes that may just be a sign of things to come.
