Meritage sparkles on Tuesday, August 18th with a Lanson Champagne dinner in the beauteous new dining room at the recently renovated restaurant and wine bar. Wine director Nick Daddona and Lanson’s Enguerrand Baijot will supply bubbly pours to accompany four courses from chef Daniel Bruce. The luxurious prix fixe features dishes like salmon tartare, roasted Cornish game hen and grilled veal tenderloin. The five-wine dinner begins at 7:00pm and finishes with a glass of Lanson Vintage 1976 to toast to Meritage. Tickets are available online here for $195 each. Call 617.439.3995 with any questions.
