Hut, one, two and head to Southie for football specials on Sunday and Monday nights. For each team the Pats take on, chef Jason Heard at Coppersmith will dedicate a dish to the opposition—like Buffalo Bills beef on weck or a San Francisco 49ers tri-tip sandwich. And on Monday nights, the dueling food trucks will represent each team with fan-favorite dishes from opposite ends of the field. On top of the rival plates—and big screen TVs—there’ll be all sorts of MNF bites, like pulled pork sandwiches, crispy fish tacos and nachos (of course), with extended hours (6:00pm to 1:00am) to accommodate the fandom.
