Chef Jay Silva taps a few chefly friends and neighbors to join him in the kitchen at Bambara as part of his Chefpolitation Dinner Series. First up: Anthony Mazzotta of Catalyst on Wednesday, April 25th. Mazzotta will be in the kitchen making a five-course meal featuring signature dishes like watermelon salad with pancetta, watercress, sesame seed vinaigrette and Berkshire blue cheese; and seared scallop with soybeans, roasted eggplant, Macomber turnip and pistachio. The menu, priced at $65 per person including paired wines, is available from 5:30-10:00pm.
