Booze from the Boot

West Bridge goes Italian for an evening as they welcome the spirits of Fratelli Branca into their Kendall Square dining room. On Monday, August 26th, chef Matthew Gaudet will work with bar manager Josh Taylor to craft a five-course cocktail-paired dinner highlighting the night’s featured products (we’re willing to bet some Fernet finds its way into the party).
