Seafood and sips is the end-of-summer special at Blue Dragon’s next beer dinner. On Tuesday, August 30th, chef Ming Tsai invites Nantucket-based Cisco Brewers for a clambake-style supper paired with the local brews. The offshore offerings include clam chowder, stuffed quahog and mini lobster rolls, and even work the suds into the surf fare with dishes like Grey Lady steamed mussels.
