Beer may not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Italy, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a bounty of tasty Italian brews to sample. On Monday, April 12th the beer loving folks at Via Matta will welcome Piemontese producer Birra Baladin to their Park Square eatery for an evening of bubbly deliciousness. Chef Mike Pagliarini will make sure that guests have their fill of fabulous food to go with the featured libations, cooking up a multi course meal.
