The opinionated peeps at the Beer Advocate have their own lengthy list, which they’ll be celebrating over a series of dinners aptly titled Things We Love: Summer of Beer. Their next stop: Monday, August 8th at Aquitaine. Now, the South End French bistro may not be known for its beer selection but that’s half the fun. Chef Matthew Gaudet will be building the evening’s five-course menu around his favorite beer-friendly food stuffs and leaving the pairings up to the professionals.
