The folks from The Smoke Shop are teaming up with their friends from Woodford Reserve for their third annual Kentucky Derby Party. Get yourself over to Kendall Square on Saturday, May 4th for a southern-style, slider-themed soiree. You’ll be able to watch the super speedy goings-on on the big screen while you enjoy the super tasty a la carte deliciousness from the kitchen including a selection of chef Andy Husbands’ most popular sliders (burnt ends, pulled pork and pulled chicken). There’ll also be a trio of juleps, Day Drinking Sweet Tea and more than 220 bourbons and whiskeys from which to choose. Don’t forget  Sarah’s Derby Pie for dessert. Tickets for the festivities, which get underway at 4:00pm, are just $5 which will get you in the door and can be used toward a slider or a julep.
