Chef Petal Joseph-Seale, an alum of Jody Adams’ Rialto, where she was executive sous, shows off a blend of her haute cuisine influences with a dash of flavors from her childhood in Trinidad at Lime, her neighborhood restaurant in Chelsea.

Billed as fusion cuisine, the menu has a mix of flavor-forward first and second courses that have one foot in tradition, like Caesar salads, mezze plates and burgers, with the other foot in international cuisine with flavors like tamarind, nuoc mam and ras el hanout.
