Each one, priced at $125 and designed to feed four, includes a rack of ribs (slow cooked and ready for finishing on the grill), kielbasa, potato salad (the German kind), coleslaw and clam dip with chips, ‘though you can add on a dozen oysters (with mignonette) for an additional $25.
