Known primarily for French Cuban fare, chef Paul O’Connell will spend the summer making culinary forays into various Central and South American countries in his Latin Dinner Series. From the beginning of July through the end of August the popular dinner series will make pit stops, via three-course prix fixe menus, in Colombia and Venezuela (July 1st-18th), Argentina and Brazil (July 19th-31st), Peru (August 1st- 15th) and Mexico and Central America (August 16th-31st).
