What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and genuine service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Guide guests through food and beverage menus, including daily specials and recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Maintain awareness of table pacing, guest needs, and overall dining room flow
- Navigate multiple floors, requiring frequent trips up and down stairs throughout shifts
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in all dining areas
- Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with support staff, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen teams to deliver seamless hospitality
