Responsibilities:

• Lead all kitchen operations with professionalism and accountability.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Create and execute seasonal menus, specials, and feature dishes.
• Manage food, labor, and operating costs while meeting financial goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and oversee purchasing and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture.
• Work closely with ownership and management to support the group’s culinary vision and future growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food costing, inventory management, scheduling, and kitchen financials.
• Passion for seasonal ingredients, technique, and thoughtful menu development.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
